Belfast to Dublin

After the church service/concer in Belfast we hopped on the bus and headed south toward Dublin. Again, the scenery is marvelous. The border between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland is open, no check station, no border guards, no port of entry. It's easier than trying to get into California from Oregon.

Part way to Dublin we discovered we would be treated with a visit to Newgrange! This was all very exciting news until we learned that in order to actually visit the ancient structures, tickets had to be procured a year in advance. There were a number of us that were extreamly disappointed. So, my long distance telephoto shots from the window of a speeding bus will have to do.
